Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how The Aetherium Group, LLC, doing business as Aetherium IQ ("we," "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through aetheriumiq.com and our products and services, including ReviewPro, BizLane, and our other intelligence products. Our mailing address is The Aetherium Group, LLC, 610 E. Zack St., Suite 110 #2311, Tampa, FL 33602.
Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone number, business name and details, billing information, and anything you submit in forms, demo requests, intake questionnaires, or support conversations. Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, and referral source, gathered through cookies and similar tools. Information from others: data from platforms you connect (such as review sites, listings, social accounts, or calendars) and from partners who refer you to us.
How we use information
To provide, operate, and support our products; respond to inquiries; process payments; build and manage services you request (such as marketing funnels and listings); send updates you opted into; analyze and improve our website and services; prevent fraud and protect security; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Use of artificial intelligence
We use AI technology, including third-party AI models and AI agents, to develop, operate, manage, and analyze our products and services — for example, drafting review responses, building marketing funnels, generating reports, and supporting our team. Information you provide may be processed by these external AI providers only to deliver, develop, and improve services for you and to understand your business. We use providers that contractually restrict use of submitted data, apply human oversight where appropriate, and do not permit your information to be sold. AI output can contain errors, so we review important work before it is relied on.
How we share information
With service providers who act on our behalf — hosting, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, analytics, customer relationship tools, AI providers, and software platforms that power our products — under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. With growth partners or resellers involved in your account, when you were referred by or work with them. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
Email and text messages
Marketing emails follow the CAN-SPAM Act and include an unsubscribe link; you can opt out anytime. If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply and frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
Health information
Our HIPAA add-on is designed for healthcare customers. Where we handle protected health information on behalf of a covered entity, we do so under a signed Business Associate Agreement, and that agreement controls over this policy. Please do not submit health information through our public website forms.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, security, and aggregate analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may affect some features. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law, including the Florida Information Protection Act.
Your privacy rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and opt out of marketing at any time. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Florida, and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Send requests to info@theaetheriumgroup.com; we will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where state law applies). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the current version here with a new date; material changes will be communicated as required by law. Questions or requests: info@theaetheriumgroup.com, or by mail to The Aetherium Group, LLC, 610 E. Zack St., Suite 110 #2311, Tampa, FL 33602.
