Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and The Aetherium Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Aetherium IQ ("we," "us"), located at The Aetherium Group, LLC, 610 E. Zack St., Suite 110 #2311, Tampa, FL 33602. By using aetheriumiq.com or any of our products and services, including ReviewPro and BizLane, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use our services for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business. You must be at least 18 years old.
Our services
We provide business intelligence software, managed marketing and listing services, education, and support for small businesses. Some products have additional terms, order forms, or plan details presented at purchase or signup; those control where they conflict with these Terms.
Use of AI and third-party technology
Our services are developed, managed, and analyzed with the help of third-party AI models, AI agents, and software platforms, with human oversight where appropriate. By using our services, you agree that information you provide may be processed by these providers only to deliver, develop, and improve services for you. AI-generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing content published under your name, such as review replies, posts, and marketing copy.
Accounts and your content
Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You keep ownership of the content and data you provide and grant us a limited license to use it to provide and improve the services. You confirm you have the rights and consents needed for the content and contact data you upload, including consent required under the TCPA and anti-spam laws for messages you send through our tools.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (usually monthly, per location where stated) until canceled. Free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. Prices may change with advance notice. Usage-based charges (such as messaging, calling, or AI usage) are billed separately where noted. Unless a plan states otherwise, there is no long-term contract; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Domains, ad spend, and third-party fees are not included unless stated.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee specific results, search or AI rankings, review volume or ratings, leads, or revenue. Third-party platforms (such as Google, social networks, and AI assistants) control their own algorithms and policies. Case studies and metrics are representative examples, not promises.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: break any law or third-party rights; post fake, incentivized, or gated reviews or otherwise violate platform review policies or FTC rules; send unsolicited or non-consented messages; upload malware or probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems; scrape or resell our services without permission; or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or end access for violations.
Health information
Healthcare customers who need to handle protected health information must use our HIPAA add-on and sign a Business Associate Agreement before submitting any such information.
Intellectual property
Our software, content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to The Aetherium Group, LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during your subscription. Feedback you share may be used to improve our services without obligation to you.
Third-party services
Some features rely on or connect to third-party platforms whose own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or policy changes outside our control.
Disclaimers
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Aetherium Group, LLC and its members, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless The Aetherium Group, LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the services, your messages to your customers, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve it informally for 30 days. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and both parties consent to that venue. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
